A.L.L. Registration Process

If your child currently attends Sego Lily:

If your child does NOT currently attend Sego Lily:

1. Complete the Accept/Decline form.

This is only required for the student in the A.L.L. program.

2. Complete the Records Request form.

All children that will attend Sego Lily (A.L.L. or otherwise) will need to be added to this form.

3. Complete the Out of Area Form.

You will need to complete this form once for every child registering at Sego Lily.

4. Officially register your child.
